So I thought this movie was going to be a cheesy teen horror flick but it was surprisgly scary. Most of the scares come from disturbing imagery or sudden things that pop out at you. It's not going to give you nightmares but it's definitely not for everyone.

Laura, played by Alycia Debnam Carey (fear the walking dead) is a nice, popular college student who reaches out to a loner, Marina. Marina becomes obsessed with Laura after adding her on Facebook. It begins to get out of hand and Marina ends up killing herself. She used her death as a way to haunt and kill off all of Laura's friends and family.

I thought the movie was scary but it wasn't something I would watch again. The acting at times was so-so and the plot definitely thinned out. The overall theme of "Facebook" and how many friends you have is kind of tired, And it just didn't seem that interesting of a story line.
