On the train to reunite with her father, and stay at his house for the summer; Lucky sees a wild horse running next to the train, and named him Spirit.
As the story progresses, Spirit ends up captured in her town and Lucky forms a bond with him. Lucky also makes some new friends, Pru (Marsai Martin) and Abigail (McKenna Grace), who go on an adventure together to rescue Spirit’s family.
I watched this movie with my niece who’s a big fan of all things Spirit, she loved this movie. I thought it was pretty entertaining, silly, and funny at times. There’s a great message in the film and I loved the ending! If you have little ones and want to take them to see a movie, it’s very light and fun, entertaining enough and definitely fits in the franchise.
