Toy Story 4 is in theaters on June 21st, 2019.
Get ready for a lot of laughs and a lot of tears! Toy Story 4 marks the end of an era for all of us 90’s kids
who grew up with Disney movies and Woody and Buzz Lightyear. Toy Story 4 was a fitting end to a
wonderful series and while it did have its sad moments, it had me crying laughing more than once!
While Woody and Buzz are timeless, I must admit Key and Peele absolutely made this movie for me. And
the addition of Forky, who could not have been played by ANYONE other than Tony Hale.
I’m going to keep this short and spoiler free because everyone deserves to enjoy this movie on their
own! We join Woody, Buzz, Jessie and the rest of the gang with their new kid Bonnie, who’s starting pre-
school. Woody struggles with his new life as a secondary toy for Bonnie, finding his purpose when she
brings home her new favorite toy, Forky – a handmade toy who does not understand why he’s alive.
When Bonnie’s family goes on a road trip and Woody reminisces about his glory days with Andy, we
watch all the madness and hilarity ensue. It’s happy, it’s sad, and it’s meaningful.
This movie kept me laughing while still reminding the audience of what it means to be a kid and how
precious time can be. While I would have been happy with Toy Story 3 being the end of this franchise,
I’m mostly happy for Toy Story 4 because we got to see Key and Peele as stuffed plush toys Ducky and
Bunny. Look out for their hilarious characters! I thoroughly enjoyed this movie and I’m satisfied with the
character development we saw and how it all ended. To infinity… and beyond!

Woody has always been confident about his place in the world, and that his priority is taking care of his kid, whether that’s Andy or Bonnie. So when Bonnie’s beloved new craft-project-turned-toy, Forky (voice of Tony Hale), declares himself as “trash” and not a toy, Woody takes it upon himself to show Forky why he should embrace being a toy. But when Bonnie takes the whole gang on her family’s road trip excursion, Woody ends up on an unexpected detour that includes a reunion with his long-lost friend Bo Peep (voice of Annie Potts). After years of being on her own, Bo’s adventurous spirit and life on the road belie her delicate porcelain exterior. As Woody and Bo realize they’re worlds apart when it comes to life as a toy, they soon come to find that’s the least of their worries.
