Set in the 1990s, Marvel Studios’ “Captain Marvel” is an all-new adventure from a previously unseen period in the history of the Marvel Cinematic Universe that follows the journey of Carol Danvers as she becomes one of the universe’s most powerful heroes. While a galactic war between two alien races reaches Earth, Danvers finds herself and a small cadre of allies at the center of the maelstrom.

Captain Marvel is newest film from Disney’s Marvel Cinematic Universe, and I believe this is first Marvel’s
female hero standalone movie. Since the post credit scenes from the “Avengers: Infinity War” lots of
audience hyped about this movie.
Overall, I would say that this was decent MCU hero origin movie. Like other Marvel hero movies, this
Captain Marvel packed with actions, and visually stunning. Especially I was so impressed by Marvel’s de-
aging graphic technology. Young Nick Fury’s visual was awesome and very natural. I cannot imagine
how this kind of graphic technology progress will impact to future Hollywood films.
Cast did awesome Job. I noticed that Bree Larson really worked hard to be like Caroll Danvers, Samuel
Jackson and Nick Fury always entertaining, Jude Law’s Walter Lawson was interesting character and his
performance was good as usual. But personally, my favorite was Ben Mandelsohn’s performance and his
character. His character was fun, and I really liked his tone of acting.
Also origin story of Captain Marvel and Caroll Danvers was decent. The direction and way they shape
the character was not so complicated, but convincing. At the beginning, first half of act, some scenes
with flash back seemed too much and even made me tired or boring, but other than that I think that movie
build up step by step and blast at the climax. As like other MCU, movie was not deep as DC’s Dark
Knight, but it was enjoyable with awesome chemistry with casts.
Also I want to note that if you seen all the MCU movies it will be very fun for you to notice lots of things,
and characters in the movie and how they sort of connected each other. (I cannot tell you detail but once
you watch the movie, you will know what I mean).
Overall Captain Marvel was not unique exceptional but decent fun MCU origin hero movie that can be
very enjoyable for MCU fans and will make you more hype for Avengers: Endgame.
