Arctic is in select theaters on February 22nd, 2019.
A man (Casino Royale’s Mads Mikkelsen) stranded in the Arctic
after an airplane crash must decide whether to remain in the
relative safety of his makeshift camp or to embark on a deadly
trek through the unknown.
Just for the record Mads Mikkelsen, our protagonist, was
phenomenal during this film. He was cool calm and collected the
whole time and for a movie with hardly any continuous lines we
got to learn so much about a man stuck in the Arctic. He was
absolutely incredible to watch on screen.
Some of the sound editing decisions they made were super
creative and made the movie so fulfilling and was totally what
allowed us to invest so much in this film early on.
We had some intense turns along the way. And none of which were to closely stacked to the
next obstacle but was definitely paced and dealt with in a spectacularly timed way.
The role was a subtle one but Mads Mikkelsen nailed it spot on. How far a man will go to make
it. Was an absolute joy to watch and would recommend to any one with a love for movies to see
what we’re physically capable of enduring.
