Why Fans will love this and Critics will hate it...

I'm sure you have already saw that the critics aren't giving this movie much high hopes, well they maybe right about a few things, but they are not right on whether this movie is good or not. If you are a fan of the 'Summertime Blockbusters' then you will for sure like this movie. You will need to get a big bucket of buttery popcorn and just enjoy this movie like no tomorrow.
Will Smith seems like he is the focal villain in this movie. He has the most camera time, and the back story of a character that the audience can get behind and hope he does well. More then likely we will be seeing more of his villain Deadshot in the future.
The one thing almost all critics got right is Jared Leto as the Joker. Of course you can top Heath Ledger, but dang does Jared Leto come super close.
Don't listen to any critics, go see this movie. You will enjoy it. Make sure you stay through the credits for a extra bit of future movie information.

I saw this screening and would recommend it as well.
ReplyDeleteThis movie was very entertaining for the movie-going public. I paid to see this movie in 3D IMAX and it was money well spent. Critics are getting more like politicians, all fluff talk, with little substance. Always be your own judge on matters.
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed seeing a movie with the villains and their stories.
ReplyDeleteIt was good but not as great as I hoped.
ReplyDeletedecently fun movie bit sloppy but still watchable
ReplyDeleteYou don't watch this movie for the story-line -- you watch it for the characters. If you're looking for this movie to make sense, then you'll be looking for a long time. But if you want something with fun characters, snarky banter and sociopathic anti-heroes, then you'll enjoy it. Make sure to stay for the after-credit scene. It lays out the future of the franchise.
ReplyDeleteI agree with your review about Jared's portrayal of the Joker, but I'd give the movie a 4 out of 5. It lived up to my expectations, but didn't exceed them.
