Eighth Grade is in select theaters on July 13th, 2018.

Comedian Bo Burnham makes an impressive directorial debut with the heartfelt, painfully authentic story of Kayla (outstanding newcomer Elsie Fisher), a shy 13-year-old grappling with all the familiar struggles of adolescence: insufficient popularity, annoying parents, acne. But technology has also blessed (or cursed) millennial youngsters like Kayla with Instagram, Snapchat, and a host of other ways to chase the validation of their peers.

This movie brings together the good, the bad, and the scary stuff, that we all had to deal with in our own Eighth Grade. I don't think people realize what Eighth Grader's go through today, and this movie will help show some light.
Let me just say Elsie Fisher, Kayla, is a master of her work, and she will be around for a long time. You won't want to miss the performance she has brought to the table in this movie.

You must see this movie, it is a gem like no other.
